At Scarlett & Jo, we want you to feel confident in every curve-flattering piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated returns label and drop your package off at any authorized courier point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
